Provincial Nomination Program (PNP):

All provinces of Canada, except Quebec, have their own immigration programs.
However, the final application for Permanent Residence happens only through the
Federal route and it is the final decision of IRCC to select you.
The Provinces provide their nomination certificate to the applicants chosen by the
province, who contribute with their job skills in demand in the province. This adds 600
points in the CRS, which guarantees the receiving of ITA.
Many workers and students living in a province succeed in getting selected for PR by
the PNP route.
PNP has separate programs for the students, skilled workers, farm workers and
business entrepreneurs.
Broadly, there are 2 paths:
● One is the direct application to PNP (for skilled workers, students, business
persons)
● Second is the provincial Express entry, but here you first must have your profile
accepted in the federal Express Entry pool.
Please contact us to evaluate your score for these programs. Usually, the person should
either be working in that province, or have studied from a public or degree granting
College there.
